My political philosophy

Life is short and everyone should have every opportunity to have a good one. We should have all the freedom needed to enjoy a responsibly led life and government should ensure that everyone has every possible opportunity to be successful and happy.

Why I'm running

I've had a good life.  I've lived here in the 92nd district for 30 years, I've raised 3 now-grown daughters, I've sold 2/3 of my business and what is left is managed by my oldest.  I got involved in politics in 2018 through helping with the Shanna Danielson campaign for this same seat.

I've spent nearly half my life serving our community through volunteer and leadership positions with the Red Land Community Library, Newberry Business Association, Fishing Creek Elementary PTO, and the Red Land Music Boosters.
I believe in evidence-based legislation.  I am frugal and I hate wasting other people's money even more than wasting my own.  I will listen to you and together we can improve our district and our state.

To show that my run for this office is all about service to my community.  I pledge that I will donate all of my paychecks from this position to the libraries and volunteer fire companies in the 92nd district.

If you live in the area below, you can vote for me.
